Do you provide in-person support?

At this time, I only provide therapy via telehealth. If you are seeking an in-person mental health professional, I am happy to provide you with referrals.
What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact me via email or phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I require at least 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged my full private pay rate for the session.
What should I do if I'm in crisis?

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. There is no shame in asking for help if you are in crisis and you deserve support. The following are resources that may also be helpful if you need immediate support:
